   Typical problems we see:

  • Behavioral, emotional, psychosocial problems as well as any psychiatric problem

   Symptoms to look out for

  • Disruptive behavior such as stealing, aggression, no respect for authorities

  • Profound impairment in social interactions and communication.

  • Cannot maintain attention and or is hyperactive (cannot sit still)

  • Substance misuse behavioral changes and impaired functioning

  • Loss of appetite weight loss, insomnia and depressed mood

  • Nightmares

  • Decrease in functioning after a traumatic incident.

  • Abuse or neglect of a child

  • Bed wetting, soiling

   A multi-disciplinary team that is rendering the service comprise of the following Specialists:

  • Consultant (Child psychiatrist)

  • Medical practitioners

  • Clinical psychologist

  • Child psychiatric nurse

  • Occupational therapist

  • Social worker

  • Dietician
